Mid-Week Motivation

Hi there!

This week has been busy with a few freelance/contract projects, as well as prepping for a weekend visitor (we feel lucky to have so many friends who want to visit our new hometown), yet we still managed to fit in several good workouts.

We wanted to post the following because it resonated with us, and it seemed appropriate to share it with you.

Bosses don't cancel

Don’t let your workouts become secondary. Schedule them like you would anything else and show up!
